MUJŌ is a one MICHELIN star rated modern Edomae-style sushiya led by executive chef J. Trent Harris. Inspired by the Japanese concept of ichi-go ichi-e (一期一会) or “one time, one meeting,” the goal is not to recreate the sushiya of Japan, but to share an experience that represents who and where we are, while respecting and honoring the traditions of Edomae sushi.
