The latest restaurant led by executive chef J. Trent Harris, Koshu Club is an elegant á la carte restaurant inspired by the refined spirit of classic Shōwa-era Japanese supper clubs. Our menu bridges traditional washoku, yōshoku classics, and contemporary Japanese cuisine.  We highlight pristine seafood and exceptional cuts of meat prepared through the art of sumibiyaki (炭火焼き) - defined as slow grilling over binchōtan charcoal to achieve depth, fragrance and perfect balance.  The meal is complemented by a Japanese-style cocktail bar and a deeply curated selection of wine and sake.
